I suspect that the creators of Sesame Street may have considered the introduction of a new character to off-set Cookie monster's ravenous appetite for things appearing at the top of the food pyramid. It made me think of alternate character names that might combine food with superhero status. How about:
Tofu terror
Vegatable avenger
Fruitzilla
Melonater
Squashbuckler
